Two hours outdoors at the ranch, while the sun goes down. 30 minutes of Intro with cacao or mulled wine, 75 minutes of live DJ set, 15 minutes of closing Sound Bath. The practice
What Ecstatic Dance is
Free-form movement to a live DJ set — no steps, no instructor. The music moves in a wave: slow opening, gradual build, peak, stillness. Some people dance hard. Some sit on the grass. Everyone has their own evening.
A live wave
A 75-minute live DJ set by Larisa. From slow tracks around 70 BPM up to dense rhythm, and back down to silence. No requests, no talking on the floor.
Opening and closing
The evening opens with Intro — ceremonial cacao from Guatemala, or homemade mulled wine with spices in the colder months. It closes with a 15-minute Sound Bath of singing bowls and koshi chimes, lying on blankets.
A private space
Phones stay in the bag. No photos, no stories. We dance barefoot — that is part of the practice.

Intro
A warm cup of ceremonial cacao from Guatemala — or homemade mulled wine with fresh fruit and spices (depending on the date). Both are brewed with love, especially for the gathering, by the facilitators themselves. A soft opening to slow down, soften the chest and set a quiet intention for the evening.

Ecstatic Dance
A live DJ set inspired by the 5 Rhythms of Gabrielle Roth. The wave moves the body through five textures — from flowing to still.

Sound Bath
A closing Sound Bath with gong, singing bowls, koshi chimes and other authentic instruments to ground the body and let the experience settle.

One Saturday a month at the ranch
Summer: 7:00 — 9:00 pm, welcoming guests at 6:45 pm. From October the start shifts earlier with the sunset. Pick a date — booking opens in a new window.
Community
Who comes to the ranch
Local Cypriots and expats from a dozen countries, 20 to 60+, men and women. Some come for the first time, many are regulars from last season. One Saturday a month, around 40 people on the grass — Cyprus's largest and longest-running Ecstatic Dance community.
Soul Vibe Space is a yoga, meditation and sound-practice studio in central Limassol, and the home of Ecstatic Dance in Cyprus. Once a month we move outside, to Rancho Meadow Paradise, for the island's signature outdoor conscious movement practice under the open sky.

An open meadow on the hills above Limassol. A canvas canopy, a bonfire and candles. Around 50 people share the practice, yet the space holds everyone with ease. From Soul Vibe Space studio it is a 20-minute drive.

Two ways to arrive
By your own car
Drive straight to Rancho Meadow Paradise (in Pyrgos, ParkLane area). Free parking right at the entrance. Arrive 15 minutes before the start to settle in calmly.

We organise a group transfer from Soul Vibe Space yoga studio (Agias Zonis 50) to the ranch and back. Comfortable, social, no parking to worry about. Mention transfer when you book.

If you are coming for the first time
I have never danced. Can I come?
Yes. There is no level and no choreography. Walk, sway, sit on the grass — the body knows what it needs.
What do I wear?
Comfortable, soft layers you can move and sweat in. We dance barefoot. Bring a light layer for after sunset.
What do I bring?
Everything is prepared for you — water, mats, cushions and blankets. Just bring a warm layer for the closing Sound Bath and come as you are.
Can I bring a friend or a partner?
Yes. Each person books their own seat — the practice is held for a limited number of people.
How does booking work?
Booking happens right here on this page. Choose your date, fill in your name, email and phone, tell us whether you want a transfer from Limassol — you will receive a confirmation email straight away. No payment online: you pay on arrival at the ranch, by cash or card. If something goes wrong, message us on WhatsApp.
How much does it cost?
€25 if you book in advance through this page. €30 for drop-ins on the day. Payment is on arrival at the ranch — cash or card. The price includes the full evening: opening circle, dance, closing Sound Bath.
How do I get there? Is there a transfer?
Rancho Meadow Paradise is about 15 minutes by car from central Limassol — see the map link in the footer. We also organise a transfer from Soul Vibe Space studio (Agias Zonis 50): tick the transfer box when you book, and we will share the meeting time the day before. Please come 15 minutes before the start so we welcome everyone calmly.
What if I need to cancel?
No problem. Every confirmation email has a personal cancel link — one tap and your spot is released. You can cancel any time up to the start of the class. We always appreciate knowing in advance so we can offer the spot to someone on the waitlist.
